Prep Plus

Weds 16:15-17:15 age 7+, £10 

For new members wanting to try cheer or for athletes on novice/prep teams wanting to get more experience ahead of tryouts.

Flex & Conditioning

Weds 19:15-20:00 & Fri 18:30-19:15, age 6+ £7.50

Tumble 1-2-1 or 2-2-1
